Hello! πŸ‘‹

At Factorial we're looking for a new People Engagement Specialist to help us support and scale our People team to the next level.

Ready to be part of the challenge? πŸš€

About the team πŸ‘₯

Our People team shapes the culture and community that makes Factorial such a special place to be part of. If you care deeply about people’s growth and want to help build a workplace where everyone can thrive, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do πŸ“

  • Lead People Onboarding sessions: Coordinate and optimize calendar invites and scheduling for new hires, analyzing attendance rates and feedback to continuously improve the process.
Design and facilitate onboarding presentations, communicating Factorial's story, mission, vision, and values β€” measuring the impact of these sessions through satisfaction surveys and early retention data.

  • Welcome Packs and Merchandising logistics: Manage the corporate swag experience end-to-end, optimizing costs and stock through vendor, inventory, and delivery logistics analysis.

  • Execute climate action plans and impact: Analyze internal survey results to identify patterns and priorities, designing and implementing action plans with clear tracking indicators and measurable ROI.

  • Lead Exit Interviews: Conduct and systematize offboarding interviews, analyzing turnover trends and root causes to generate actionable insights that feed into the talent retention strategy.

  • Design office rituals and "special days": Create and implement initiatives aimed at internal cohesion, evaluating their impact through participation and satisfaction metrics.

  • Maintain and elevate engagement processes: Maintain and optimize the engagement architecture across platforms (Slack, Notion, Factorial), ensuring consistency and analyzing the performance of each communication.

  • Social events and impact metrics (Data-Driven Engagement): Organize afterworks and team-bonding initiatives, measuring and analyzing participation and impact to optimize future actions.

What are we looking for? 🎯

  • 2–3 years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, People Operations, or community management.

  • Execution and problem-solving mindset: Organized and proactive, with the ability to translate ideas and action plans into structured processes, measurable events, and tangible experiences β€” tracking outcomes and iterating based on results.

  • Employer Branding mindset: Ability to understand and bring Factorial's culture, values, and employer brand to life through creative employee experiences, ensuring consistency across rituals, communications, and engagement initiatives.

  • Presentation and communication skills: Comfortable leading sessions and communicating clearly to groups, able to structure and convey Factorial's culture and values in a way that's consistent, clear, and easy to follow.

  • Interpersonal communication: Strong interpersonal skills to navigate sensitive conversations (Exit Interviews), handling each situation with maturity, empathy, discretion, and confidentiality β€” while identifying patterns and extracting actionable insights to inform retention strategy.
