At Factorial we're looking for a new Account Manager for Small Accounts for the Italian Market to help us support and scale our Customer Experience team to the next level.

As part of the team in charge of driving customer retention and revenue growth, you'll be in charge for managing a portfolio of existing customers, identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, and building long-term relationships that maximize customer satisfaction and business impact.

What you'll do ๐Ÿ“

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Small Accounts within the Italian market.

  • Build strong relationships with customers through regular calls, video meetings, and proactive outreach.

  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth and maximize account value.

  • Develop tailored account strategies to improve customer retention and reduce churn.

  • Guide customers on new products, features, and best practices to help them achieve their goals.

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and contribute to product and process improvements.

What are we looking for? ๐ŸŽฏ

  • Native-level Italian and a good level of English.

  • Previous sales experience; customer support or customer success experience is highly valued.

  • Demonstrate strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

  • Communicate confidently through phone calls, video meetings, and written interactions.

  • Identify business opportunities and apply a consultative sales approach.

  • Stay organized and manage multiple customer accounts effectively.

  • Use CRM tools confidently to track activities and customer interactions.

  • Show a proactive, ambitious, and customer-oriented mindset.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

  • Take ownership of results and continuously seek ways to improve.
