Hello! 👋

At Factorial we're looking for a new Strategic Partnerships Associate to help us support and scale our Finance team to the next level. As part of the team in charge of sustaining the growth generated through our largest strategic partnerships while ensuring healthy cash flow and an excellent payment experience, you'll be in charge of managing partner relationships, resolving billing issues, and supporting collections processes.

What you'll do 📝

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Factorial's strategic partners.

• Contact partners regarding missed, overdue, or outstanding payments.

• Process payments, refunds, and account adjustments accurately and on time.

• Resolve billing inquiries and payment-related questions from partners and stakeholders.

• Investigate account history to identify and resolve payment discrepancies.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address operational and financial issues efficiently.

• Prepare reports on collection activities, payment performance, and outstanding balances.

• Contribute proactively to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.

What are we looking for? 🎯

• Fluent English is required.

• Knowledge of additional languages is a strong plus.

• Available to start as soon as possible.

• Demonstrate strong communication and relationship management skills.

• Show a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset.

• Work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• Display strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
