We’re on the lookout for a hands-on multilingual B2B SaaS Partnerships expert to lead from the frontlines as we step into an exciting new chapter of global expansion.

About the role 🚀
What will you be doing?
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Partnership Development Managers, ensuring strong performance and continuous development.
Define and execute the partnerships strategy for the ROW (Rest of the World) markets, aligned with company goals.
Personally contribute to closing high-impact partnerships and support the team across the full sales cycle.
Identify, recruit, and build strong relationships with strategic partners in the HR ecosystem (partners who sell, implement, and support Factorial).
Develop and manage a high-performing reseller and distribution network in the newly developing regions.
Act as a key point of contact for top-tier partners, ensuring long-term success and engagement.
Oversee regular partner interactions (calls, demos, business reviews) to drive performance and satisfaction.
Gather and analyze partner and client feedback to identify opportunities and improve the channel.
Drive upsell opportunities across the partner network based on client needs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Leadership.
Play a key role in scaling Factorial’s partnerships globally!
Your Profile 🧩
Have a strong hunter mentality combined with leadership skills; you lead by example and inspire your team.
Bring 5+ years of experience in Partnerships, B2B Sales, preferably in the SaaS industry, with initial leadership experience.
Are a strong and positive communicator, able to build trust quickly with partners and internally.
Are proactive, data-driven, and solution-oriented.
Have experience managing pipelines, forecasting, and driving team targets.
Strong language skills - Speak English fluently + two other languages from the ROW regions (Polish, Greek, French, Portuguese, Czech, Danish, Swedish…). The more the better!
Are based in Barcelona (or willing to relocate).
Bonus Points:
Experience leading partnerships, channel sales, or reseller teams.
Experience working with distribution partners.
Knowledge of HR tech / SaaS / Payroll environments.
Strong background in full-cycle B2B sales.
