The Role

As a Junior Account Executive (DACH), you will take ownership of qualified opportunities and manage the sales cycle from demo to close.

You’ll step into a true closing role while receiving the coaching, structure, and support needed to grow into a high-performing Account Executive.

This is your chance to move from setting meetings to winning deals.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the sales cycle from the demonstration to the closing.

  • Engage in high-level negotiations with C-Level Executives.

  • Cultivate and leverage powerful business relationships with influential prospects.

  • Innovate and execute strategic account plans to consistently exceed targets.

  • Use creative and consultative selling techniques to guide prospects through the sales process effectively.

  • Collaborate daily with diverse internal teams, including SDR's, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Senior Leadership teams.

  • Drive the DACH Markets expansion for Factorial by understanding the landscape, developing new strategies, and establishing Factorial as the leading solution.

Your Profile

  • 1.5–3+ years of B2B sales experience (ideally as an SDR/BDR or Junior AE)

  • Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota

  • Native-level German and fluent English

  • Experience in SaaS or a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Structured, analytical mindset with pipeline discipline

  • Highly motivated to grow into a top-performing Account Executive

  • Coachable, ambitious, and ready for more ownership
