Hello! 👋

At Factorial, we believe events are a key part of how we connect, collaborate, and grow as a company. As we continue to scale and our event calendar keeps expanding, we’re looking for an Events Coordinator to strengthen our Events team and help us deliver meaningful, well-executed experiences across the company.

This is a highly operational, hands-on role, ideal for someone fast, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple things at once. You’ll fully own small and mid-scale internal events, while also supporting the execution of larger, company-wide events alongside the rest of the Events team.

Ready for the challenge?

The Role 📜

You’ll be involved in the full lifecycle of events, from planning to execution, working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Event Planning & Execution

  • Coordinate and execute internal events such as offsites, team buildings, internal company events, and recruitment / tech events.

  • Support the team in the execution of large-scale events, including on-site coordination, logistics, and operations.

  • Manage event logistics end-to-end: venues, catering, suppliers, materials, guest coordination, transportation, and on-site setup.

  • Be present on-site during events to ensure everything runs smoothly and to quickly solve any issues that may arise.

Operational Support & Coordination

  • Work closely with different teams across the company (People, Brand, Internal Comms, Finance, Legal, Office, etc.) to align needs and expectations.

  • Act as a point of contact for event owners, managers, and senior stakeholders.

  • Coordinate timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met in fast-paced environments.

Suppliers & Budget Management

  • Research, contact, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.

  • Support supplier negotiations, cost optimization, and budget control.

  • Manage quotes, contracts, invoices, and follow-ups together with Finance and Legal when needed.

Continuous Improvement

  • Support post-event evaluations and feedback collection.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, logistics, and overall event experience.

  • Stay flexible and adaptable to changes, last-minute updates, and evolving priorities.

Your Profile 🧩

(The must-haves)

  • Experience in events, operations, hospitality, or a similar coordination-heavy role is a plus — but we’re also open to less experienced profiles who are fast learners and highly proactive.

  • A very hands-on and operational mindset: you’re comfortable being where the action is.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple processes at the same time.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • A social, approachable, and professional communicator, comfortable working with different teams and senior stakeholders.

  • Experience working with suppliers and vendors; negotiation skills are a strong plus.

  • Fluent Spanish and English (Spanish is essential for day-to-day collaboration; English is the company’s official language)

  • Flexible, positive, and solution-oriented attitude — changes don’t stress you out, you adapt fast.

  • Comfortable working in a growing, fast-moving company.

Bonus Points 💛

  • Previous experience in startups, scale-ups, or fast-paced environments.

  • Experience supporting large corporate events.

  • Familiarity with budget tracking and supplier negotiations.
