At Factorial we're looking for a new Strategic Partner Business Developer for the Spanish Market to help us boost the company to the next level. 🦄 You will play a key role in spotting, activating, and qualifying high-impact opportunities, working hands-on with strategic partners (IBEX35 companies, leading tech players, etc.).

The Role 📜
Create and implement strategies and initiatives to help us maximize lead generation from our key partners.
Strategizing, generating and qualifying the best leads from our partner ecosystem.
Engage with prospects via high-volume cold-calling (60-80 calls/day), networking, email, e-marketing, campaigns, and social outreach.
Coordinate calls and meetings between qualified leads and the Partner Sales team.
Create your own strategy to seek and analyze prospect information online to leverage in sales efforts.
Analyzing prospect business needs, understanding processes, determining requirements, and ascertaining potential solutions.
Confirm Client needs, develop initial client profiles, and help to build the most personalized solution;
Collaborate and strategize with PAEs, Demand Gen, CX Team, and Partner Sales Management.
Your Profile 🧐
You are a native Spanish speaker & at least B1 English.
Previous Sales Experience (Customer Satisfaction, Project Management, Partnerships and similar experiences are highly valued).
Tech savvy and a natural passion for digital innovation.
Fearless to pick up the phone and speak with both prospects and partners key stakeholders.
Must be detail-oriented, accountable, creative thinker, team player, open-minded, self-motivated & ambitious to grow within an exciting team!
Excited to actively contribute to constant improvements and evolution! (we have a culture of change!)
Bonus Points ✨
Have experience using tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Loom, Excel, Notion, etc.
Have experience in Partnerships/Sales at a SaaS-based company or digital environment.
Have a solid understanding of how to roll out successful outbound campaigns.
