At Factorial, we’re expanding our all-in-one business platform beyond HR and Finance — into the world of IT, Cloud, and Device Management.
We’re looking for Founding Sales Development Representatives to join our brand-new Factorial IT team and help us shape how we reach IT and Operations leaders across Europe.

This is not a standard SDR role — it’s a founding opportunity to be part of a new business line inside one of Europe’s fastest-growing SaaS companies. 🚀

The Role 📜

As a Founding SDR, you’ll be on the frontline of our go-to-market motion for Factorial IT.
You’ll identify and qualify opportunities, experiment with messaging, and help us connect with IT leaders managing devices, users, and SaaS tools in growing organizations.

You’ll collaborate closely with our AEs, Product, and Marketing teams to define processes, run experiments, and build the foundation for long-term success.

What You’ll Do 🧠

  • Execute multi-touch, multichannel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, video, and calls).

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads for the IT product line.

  • Research target accounts and map IT decision-makers across Spain, France, and Germany.

  • Refine outbound messaging and contribute to early sales playbooks.

  • Collaborate with AEs to maximize pipeline conversion.

  • Track activity, feedback, and learnings in HubSpot CRM.

Your Profile 🧐

  • Native or bilingual in Spanish with professional English. French, or German are a plus.

  • Passionate about technology, SaaS, and digital transformation.

  • Ambitious, curious, and proactive — you thrive in fast-changing environments.

  • Confident communicator and excellent listener.

  • Data-driven, organized, and goal-oriented.

Bonus Points ✨

  • Previous experience in B2B SaaS or Tech sales.

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Outreach tools.

  • Experience working in startup or scale-up environments.
