At Factorial, we’re looking for a Sales Account Executive to join our Emerging Markets team and play a key role in launching and growing the Polish market.

You’ll work closely with our Country Manager for Poland as their right hand, supporting both the strategic development and hands-on execution of our go-to-market plan. This is a unique opportunity to help shape Factorial’s presence in a new market, influence our commercial approach, and be part of an exciting growth journey from the ground up.

The role 🧩

  • Collaborate closely with the Country Manager, acting as their strategic and operational support to drive Factorial’s growth in Poland.

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads, to delivering tailored demos, negotiating, and closing deals.

  • Develop and nurture relationships with Polish SMBs and mid-market companies, helping them understand how Factorial can optimize their HR operations.

  • Contribute to local go-to-market initiatives, working hand in hand with Marketing, Partnerships, and Product teams to adapt global strategies to the Polish market.

  • Provide market insights and feedback from clients to help refine our product positioning, pricing, and messaging in Poland.

  • Support the growth of our partner network, collaborating with local HR and tech partners to co-sell and expand our reach.

  • Build scalable processes for sales operations, reporting, and forecasting in a new and fast-growing business unit.

Your Profile 🎯

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in full-cycle roles (SDR + AE).

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in Polish and English (both required).

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, excited to build from scratch and operate in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strategic thinker who’s equally comfortable executing day-to-day sales activities.

  • Passionate about HR tech, SaaS, and helping companies transform their people operations.
