About the Role

We’re looking for a CX Ops Specialist Junior (Systems & Support) to join our CX Operations team within Revenue Operations (RevOps).

You’ll be at the intersection of automation, systems, and support — helping the CX team (Onboarding, Account Management, Support, Consultancy…) work more efficiently through reliable processes and smooth system performance.

This is a hybrid role combining hands-on system troubleshooting and workflow building. You’ll manage internal CX system tickets, solve issues in tools like HubSpot, Intercom, and Jira, and build automations that reduce manual work and recurring problems.

What You’ll Do

  • 🧩 Own the CX ticket queue: triage, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related requests from CX teams (HubSpot, Intercom, etc.).

  • ⚙️ Design and maintain automations: build workflows in HubSpot, Zapier, and other tools to support scalable CX processes.

  • 🔍 Diagnose and prevent issues: monitor automation performance, identify root causes, and create lasting fixes instead of temporary patches.

  • 🗂️ Document and share knowledge: build clear documentation and internal resources to empower users and scale support.

  • 🤝 Collaborate cross-functionally: work closely with RevOps, Data, and IT to align automations and systems improvements with business priorities.

  • 🚀 Support new tool launches and updates: participate in testing and deployment of CX tools, ensuring smooth adoption.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in RevOps, Marketing/Sales/CX Ops, or Business Systems environments.

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM) — building or maintaining automations, workflows, or properties.

  • Strong logical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving.

  • Curiosity about the “why” behind automation and a drive to continuously improve systems.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.

  • Clear written communication and a love for documentation.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with tools like Zapier, Make, or Postman.

  • Exposure to ticketing systems (Jira, Zendesk, etc.).

  • Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, or basic scripting (JavaScript or similar).

  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS company.

  • Understanding of GTM processes (lead lifecycle, deal routing, onboarding).

  • Familiarity with Notion or Asana for project management.
