At Factorial, we’re on a mission to empower all managers around the world with tools that make work life better. Our Growth Marketing team works like a startup within the startup: 8 curious minds (designers, developers, and strategists) building experiments at scale aiming to find new distribution channels, optimize our acquisition funnel, and increase the volume and quality of leads. Now, we’re looking for a Growth Specialist focused on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to join the adventure.

Your role? Turn traffic into traction and make it scalable. Help us deeply understand our funnel, test bold hypotheses, and improve user journeys — from the first click to qualified demos.

The annual salary range for this position is €45,000 to €49,000.

🧩 What You’ll Do

• Analyze funnels, user behavior, and drop-off points across the site.

• Design and run A/B tests to boost key KPIs.

• Partner with designers and devs to build high-velocity experiments.

• Improve our landing pages, demo flows, and conversion CTAs.

• Turn heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics into insights.

• Craft hypotheses, prioritize roadmaps, and document learnings. We create our own ideas and take ideas from other team, we need a right balance to prioritize them.

• Bring growth ideas to life — quickly, creatively, and iteratively.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in growth, CRO, or performance-focused UX.

• Strong grasp of funnel analytics and user behavior.

• You know your way around GA4, HubSpot, VWO, and heatmaps.

• Conversion copywriting instincts and an eye for detail.

• Data-driven mindset with a bias toward experimentation.

• Comfort working across product, marketing, and dev.

🌟 Bonus Points If You Have

• Basic HTML/CSS/Javascript skills (you speak developer-ish).

• Experience in product-led growth environments.

• B2B SaaS or HR tech experience.
