Hello! 👋🏽

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Specialist Intern to support our Tender Specialist in expanding Factorial's presence in the public sector. You’ll play a key role in helping us stay organized, compliant, and efficient as we navigate public procurement processes.

If you're passionate about administrative work, have strong organizational skills, and want to learn about B2G sales and public tenders in a fast-growing SaaS company, this is your opportunity!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in preparing documentation for public tenders (RFIs, RFPs, supporting documents, etc.)

• Help track deadlines, submission dates, and requirements across multiple public sector opportunities.

• Support the Tender Specialist with formatting, organizing, and reviewing documents to ensure compliance with public procurement standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Product) to gather necessary information for tender submissions.

• Maintain and update internal trackers, records, and procurement databases.

• Conduct light research on public procurement portals and new opportunities.

• Help draft administrative sections of tender responses using templates and guidelines.
  

What we are looking for

• A student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Law, Political Science, Public Management, or related fields.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and fluency in English.

• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable working with documents, deadlines, and administrative tasks.

• Interest in the public sector and/or SaaS industry is a plus!
