Therefore, we are on the lookout for a Business Coach whose mission will be to partner with our leaders, helping them shape the skills, mindset, and competencies required to elevate their teams and drive the business forward.

About the role 🚀

This role will sit within the Talent Development and Engagement team, reporting to the team’s Manager, and will collaborate closely with a squad of experienced Coaches and People Partners.

This is not a traditional HRBP position tho. Instead, we’re looking for someone with a strong coaching backbone, ideally from diverse backgrounds, who can bring structure, energy, and deep coaching impact to our evolving leadership landscape.

What will you be doing?✨

• Take a hands-on approach; stay close to people, observe interactions across all levels, and deeply understand the day-to-day of the business reality.

• Act as a coaching partner to team leads, managers, directors, and C-levels across all areas and teams.

• Design, deliver, and iterate individual coaching programs and interventions, as well as collaborative leadership dynamics to unlock greater effectiveness.

• Contribute to org-wide leadership development initiatives & Academy content; including learning rituals, feedback practices and more.

• Cross collaborate with other internal teams (employee development, engagement and coaching team) to share insights, structure scalable content, and elevate each other's practice.

• Partner with leadership to co-create employee journeys that build key competencies aligned with our business goals.

• Experiment, challenge, and bring new coaching approaches, methodologies, and tools to the team. Diversity is key! All backgrounds are valued and welcome.

• Take ownership of leveraging data and measuring impact through qualitative and quantitative methods, adjusting programs as the business evolves.

🧠 You're a great fit if you:

• Are proficient in English and Spanish. We are international, other languages are a plus!

• Bring experience in coaching, either as an internal coach, external consultant, or in high-performance fields such as elite sports, leadership consulting, or startup advisory.

• Know how to design and deliver coaching formats from 1:1 conversations to group sessions, workshops, and long-term programs.

• Have a sharp sense of business context; you understand how teams function, how leadership shows up under pressure, and how to translate behavior into business results.

• Love working with people from diverse roles and levels; from newly promoted team leads to experienced execs.

• Thrive in ambiguity, love building things from scratch, and know how to make learning feel human and energizing, not corporate or boxed.

• Have a coaching certification? Great. Don’t have one, but bring impactful experience and presence? We want to hear from you too.
