The Role

  • Manage the sales cycle from the demonstration to the closing.
  • Engage in high-level negotiations with C-Level Executives.
  • Cultivate and leverage powerful business relationships with influential prospects.
  • Innovate and execute strategic account plans to consistently exceed targets.
  • Use creative and consultative selling techniques to guide prospects through the sales process effectively.
  • Collaborate daily with diverse internal teams, including SDR's, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Senior Leadership teams.
  • Drive the DACH Markets expansion for Factorial by understanding the landscape, developing new strategies, and establishing Factorial as the leading solution.

Your Profile

  • Multilingual Mastery: German expert proficiency and fluent in English.
  • Client facing: At least one year of experience on sales position (Factorial bets on potential and growth, so we are currently evaluating all seniority levels: Junior, Mid & Senior, as we believe diversity and collaboration are the keys for success!)
  • Tech Enthusiast: A natural passion for digital innovation and tech-savviness.
  • Strategic Visionary: Experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and critical communication skills are essential.
  • Soft Skills Superstar: Detail-oriented, accountable, creative thinker, team player, open-minded, self-motivated, and ambitious to grow within our exciting team.
  • Innovative Contributor: Eager to actively contribute to constant improvements and evolution. We embrace a culture of change!
