At Factorial, we seek a highly motivated individual to join our team as the Head of Pre-sales with a finance background to take our Product team to the next level 🚀.


The Role ✨
In this role, you will take full ownership of the sales objectives for a specific product category, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Product Marketing, and Account Management. Your focus will be on delivering compelling demos, driving direct closings for major accounts, and fostering the ongoing growth and development of our sales team. Your deep expertise in product knowledge, revenue operations, and team leadership will be instrumental in achieving and surpassing our business goals.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Large Account Engagement: Conduct product demos and lead direct closings for large accounts.
  • Sales Training: Design and deliver localized training and certification programs for Account Executives, tailored to the needs of each market/country.
  • Pipeline and sales reporting to take fast actions: Provide detailed reports on pipeline generation and conversion, focusing on metrics such as number of deals, ACV, win rate, major needs, attach rate, MRR, campaign origins (inbound), and channel performance for your product domain for each of the countries the company operates.
  • Pipeline Management: Making sure marketing and SDRs are properly meeting their targets on pipeline generation and managing the product category as they should. Define and implement rules for pipeline allocation based on the certification levels of Account Executives and SDRs.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, manage, and develop a local team of professionals for each country where Factorial operates, ensuring high performance and alignment with company objectives.
  • Incentives and discounting: Defining and manage Sales Performance Incentive Funds and Discounting Policies on the ground.
  • Collaboration and alignment around Product priorities with the full triad: Product Director, Product Marketing Manager, Head of pre-sales.
