Role Overview:

The Senior Data Scientist will play a critical role in leveraging data analytics and machine learning techniques to provide insights that inform business strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze complex datasets, develop predictive models, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets using statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to derive actionable insights.
• Develop, implement, and maintain predictive models that support business objectives.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate data-driven solutions into products.
• Present complex data findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Give constructive feedback to the MLOps team to evolve the platform.
• Stay current with industry trends in data science and machine learning; propose innovative solutions.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in programming in Python for data analysis.
• Strong understanding of one or more machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Keras, PyTorch, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in a with Cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
• Experience implementing LLM agents is a plus.

Qualifications:

• BS or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Data Scientist role or similar position.
• Demonstrated experience in building predictive models and conducting statistical analyses.
• Experience working with big data technologies (e.g., Spark) is a plus.

Compensation

The salary range for this position starts at 60,500€ and 10% ESOP. We are only considering profiles who have proven experience designing digital products at scale.
