At Factorial we're looking for a new Sales Development Representative Manager for the French Market to help us boost the Product Marketing Team to the next level.

We’re looking for a French SDR Manager to oversee a team of outbound SDR’s. You will be responsible for hiring, developing and building out a French Outbound SDR machine. The team empowers our strategy to measure, report and act with our HR tool at the core. As a leader within our go-to-market organization, you’ll work directly with our French Sales Director to help build the sales playbook, shape the pitch and value proposition of each of our products, build a stellar team, and accelerate pipeline generation in France.


The Role 📜

  • Lead teams of Sales Development Representatives, building an integrated account based outreach strategy, shape a people development program to enable scaled career progression, and create operational rigor for consistent & predictable pipeline forecasting as we continue to scale our pipeline generation engine.
  • Work with the French Sales Director to implement and carry out a sales development go-to-market plan and strategy to meet/exceed pipeline generation targets.
  • Drive energy and grow a positive and collaborative culture that inspires teamwork, performance, and professional growth.
  • Align with Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnership teams on sales strategy, along with high-quality customer experiences between pre and post sales.
  • Facilitate “Voice of the Customer” feedback loop between Sales and Product/Engineering, Marketing, Post-Sales and Support.
  • Identify product and technology opportunities with customers and present a point of view to Upper Management on the French Market specificities.
  • Oversee day-to-day sales development representatives operations while setting clear expectations and managing performance goals.
  • Accurately report out on the team's performance, KPIs, customer insights, roadblocks and pipeline forecast.

Your Profile 🧐

  • You speak French as native and excellent level of English.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a Sales Development Manager role, ideally within a SaaS company.
  • Previous experience as an Account Executive and/or Sales Manager is an advantage.
  • Consistent track record for running a metric driven business with proven results.
  • High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment and professionalism.
  • Working knowledge of Hubspot and tools such Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
