At Factorial we're looking for a new Product Onboarding Specialist for the French Market to help us elevate our customer's experience to the next level 📈

The Role

Being a crucial part of our Customer Experience team, Product Onboarding is responsible for training our new clients on how to configure Factorial according to their needs. They will build and manage the whole implementation process to ensure the usage of the platform to its fullest.

This requires you to perfectly understand the client's processes and current issues, and be able to define, explain, and implement how to improve them using their new Factorial tool.

What will you be doing

  • Create a customized Onboarding plan adapted to the client's needs and ensure its application.
  • Teach our new French customers about Factorial during several video calls and via e-mail until Factorial is fully implemented in their organization, according to the plan.
  • Bring a consultative approach to customers to ensure a fully customized experience setting up their accounts.
  • Understand our client's problems and needs and gather their feedback.
  • Manage the whole Onboarding project assuring the right communication between all the stakeholders of the project.
  • Becoming an expert; constantly learn about our product and HR processes.
  • Share improvement points with our product team that can help us create the best customer journey.

Your Profile

  • French expert speaker and professional English.
  • Project management skills: you will find the best way to ensure your accounts are fully activated by overseeing the whole Onboarding project and communicating with the different stakeholders.
  • Curious: you are eager to learn about new processes and new techniques, related to lots of different topics (project management, technicity of our product, RH laws and processes, and much more!)
  • Communication skills: you enjoy explaining concepts and listening to questions to answer them in the best way.
  • Fast Learner: you can quickly become an expert on the software and it's easy for you to keep up-to-date with product updates.
  • Problem-solving mindset: you have the ability to think out of the box to propose alternative solutions and workarounds to answer clients' requests.
  • Good sense of analysis: while onboarding our clients, you will understand the specificities of the market and translate this knowledge into information that can be used by the Product team to further improve our solution.
  • Previous experience in training, teaching or project management roles will be highly appreciated.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources is a plus!

Structured Career Paths & Starting Salary between 24.000 and 27.000€ OTEs (with a 15% of uncapped variables included).
