The Growth team

The mission of the team is to detect and implement huge distribution opportunities. For example a whole new acquisition channel, lead generation improvements or supporting other teams with internal tools to enable growth.

If you love experimenting, launching new projects and working along with the marketing team in implementing distribution opportunities, this is your team!

The Role 📜

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the Growth team. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing and play a critical role in identifying and implementing distribution opportunities. You will lead a technical team of designers and engineers, working closely with the marketing team (inbound, paid, marketing ops) to drive business growth.

You will implement tests to improve our top of the funnel, you will launch new products to boost acquisition, you will be the owner of all the forms and you will partner with other teams to enable their growth.

Your Profile 🧐

  • Deep understanding of growth marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, CRO, A/B testing, and analytics.
  • Ability to provide and receive direct and honest feedback (no ego).
  • Extreme ownership and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to use data insights to drive informed decisions.
  • Ability to lead by example, whether through coding or designing, even if most of your time is spent on management.

Requirements 📚

  • Experience leading technical teams with business goals
  • Technical background in software development or product design
  • Background in marketing specially in lead generation for B2B Saas
  • High proficiency in English.
  • Willingness to live in or relocate to Barcelona.

Compensation 🧐

The salary range for this position is 60,000€-80,000€. We aren't considering the number of years of your experience, but rather your knowledge and skills.
