About the team
We are a dynamic, creative team within a rapidly growing company. Our team comprises designers, copywriters, animators, videographers, and photographers, all working together to explore and expand our brand. Our mission is to highlight our culture and products through innovative and impactful projects. We collaborate closely with various departments, including Product, Marketing, People Operations, and Customer Experience, to achieve our goals.

About the role
As a Videomaker for Paid Ads, you will play a crucial role in creating compelling audiovisual content for our diverse markets and channels. Your responsibilities will include preparing and shooting video material, editing content, and working with different teams to ensure the highest quality output. You will capture key moments, events, and cultural highlights within the company, and develop scripts to bring your creative ideas to life. Additionally, you must have skills in motion graphics to develop new graphics packs and animations.

- You can set up camera equipment for various video and photography needs.

- You manage projects from concept to final edit, ensuring seamless communication with relevant stakeholders.

- You understand audiovisual production as a holistic experience, integrating audio, visual, script, narrative, and storytelling elements.

- You are passionate about film, photography, and culture.

- You are skilled in photo composition, basic animation, and proficient in photo editing software (Adobe Creative Suite).

Bonus points:

- You are curious about 3D technology.

- You have experience as a Director of Photography.
