At Factorial we are looking for a CS Operations specialist. You will be part of a diverse Operations Team and will be supporting the Customer Success team of 250+ people from 20+ countries.

The role

You will be mainly focused on the management and development of our tools to bring the most value from them to the Customer Success team.

• Assist in the implementation and adoption of CS enablement tools and technologies.
• Maintain and improve CS enablement tools and technologies
• Provide training and support to CS representatives on systems, processes, and best practices.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CS initiatives and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Analyze CS performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key CS metrics and insights to stakeholders.
• Partner with the CS team to optimize processes and workflows.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, such as customer segmentation and scoring and upselling campaigns
• Collaborate with finance, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and consistency in business strategies and goals.
  

Your Profile 🧐

• CRM knowledge is mandatory (Hubspot is plus)
• Organisation and attention to details is a must
• Fluency in English
• Ability to prioritise tasks and deliver to a high standard
• Experience in creating complex reports, dashboards and documenting processes
