The Role 📜

We are looking for an Account Manager in the LATAM Market to join our Customer Experience team to act as a consultant with existing customers and increase client satisfaction. You will be in charge of retaining a specific portfolio of clients creating long-term relationships with them, understanding their processes and problems, and detecting product improvements and upsell opportunities.

What will you be doing:

  • Build strong client relationships and understand their requirements through regular video calls to create engagement and provide them with product updates.
  • It involves understanding the client's needs and goals and go-to person for anything and everything related to the client's experience.
  • Identify upsell opportunities to ensure the satisfaction of the clients and to add more value to their company.
  • Analyze proactively your portfolio to make decisions and make an action plan for each company you are going to deal with.
  • Recognize and proactively report trends, and potential weaknesses and help find the best solution to improve customers’ journeys and our product.
  • You will work hand in hand with other teams (Sales, CX, Product, Engineering, Finance) to achieve Factorial's goals.

Your Profile 🧐

  • You have Strategic Analytical Abilities and Exemplary Organizational Skills.
  • You are tech-savvy.
  • You have experience managing customer portfolios (B2B) minimum 1 year.
  • You have excellent communication skills and empathy.
  • You are good at multitasking, problem solving and great team worker.
  • You are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas.
  • You have previous experience dealing with churn cases (retention).
  • You have done upselling.
  • You have worked through KPI.
  • Having experience with the B2B SaaS environment is a plus.
  • A proficient level of Spanish is required & professional English. We are international!
