About the Role

In this role, you will be a key player in supporting and growing our Virtual Care clinician network. As the primary point of contact for clinicians, you'll oversee onboarding, training, and day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless experience. You will be instrumental in driving clinician engagement, retention, and overall network success. This position is ideal for someone passionate about enhancing clinician and patient experiences, as you will independently manage tasks, resolve issues, and support the design necessary to scale our provider network.

What You'll Do

As an Operations Analyst, you will be the core support resource for the clinician network. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Clinician Relationship Management: Welcome, onboard, and maintain a positive relationship with new clinicians, serving as their primary point of contact for day-to-day operational support.
  • Operational Support: Independently prioritize, resolve, or escalate clinician and patient issues as they arise, and research complaints to determine root causes and implement remedies.
  • Network Growth & Scale: Support the design and implementation of operations necessary to increase the scale of the provider network and maximize clinician engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Data & Analysis: Use data from multiple sources to develop reports and perform ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives.
  • Workflow Management: Gain an understanding of all clinical service lines, general telehealth operations, provider contractual obligations, and workflows.
  • Administration & Maintenance: Ensure clinician schedules are accurately maintained and manage clinician profiles and related account information.

Why You Might Be a Good Fit

  • You are passionate about enhancing clinician and patient experiences through operational excellence and support.
  • You are an excellent communicator, capable of effectively working with cross-functional teams and building lasting relationships.
  • You thrive in a role that requires a balance of daily operational troubleshooting and long-term project work aimed at increasing network scale.
  • You possess excellent problem-solving abilities and demonstrate initiative, capable of identifying problems and implementing solutions independently.
  • You are highly organized and can analyze and present complex data in a clear, concise, and easy-to-interpret manner.

This Might Not Be The Right Fit If...

  • You prefer a role that is purely technical and does not involve daily, direct operational support and relationship management with clinicians.
  • You are not comfortable working independently, prioritizing escalated issues, and managing tasks without close supervision.
  • You lack the organizational discipline required to maintain accurate data (schedules, profiles) and documentation.
  • You are not motivated by the challenge of using data and analysis to drive the scale and efficiency of a provider network.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years experience in healthcare operations, provider operations, program support, relationship management, or a similar role.
  • Excellent ability to communicate effectively and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in identifying problems and implementing solutions.
  • Excellent time management skills to balance daily escalated issues with long-term project work.
  • Ability to analyze and present data in a clear, concise, and easy-to-interpret manner.
  • Proficiency with Google Apps G Suite or Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to learn a variety of new software applications necessary for operations.

Bonus Points

  • Experience working directly with clinicians.
  • Experience with virtual care programs.
