About the Role

In this role, you'll be a key player in ensuring the efficient and strategic delivery of clinical operations. The role involves driving detailed process analysis and optimization initiatives within Clinical Operations and managing a diverse portfolio of projects. You will also play a key part in supporting the planning for new service, growth, and expansion initiatives across the organization by providing crucial data insights and financial models. This position requires strong analytical depth, project management skills, and the ability to work independently to solve complex operational challenges.

What You'll Do

As a Business Analyst, you will lead strategic initiatives across data, compliance, and process optimization. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Data, Reporting, and Strategy: Conduct focused data analysis and reporting on clinical outcomes. Lead routine monitoring of key healthcare metrics (including NPS, patient satisfaction, and quality measures), and develop financial models for service pricing and clinician compensation.
  • Project Management & Compliance: Serve as a dedicated Project Manager for the Clinical Operations portfolio. Manage essential support for Business Operations & Planning, and the administration of clinician contracts.
  • Clinical Process Improvement: Lead process analysis and optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and patient throughput. Manage vendor relationships critical to successful clinical delivery.
  • Growth Support: Provide essential support for planning new service, growth, and expansion initiatives.

Why You Might Be a Good Fit

  • You possess excellent analytical skills and thrive on the challenge of translating complex data into clear, concise, and easy-to-interpret strategic reports.
  • You are a self-starter who excels at working independently, demonstrating initiative in identifying problems and implementing solutions.
  • You are highly organized and capable of managing a diverse portfolio of projects and balancing daily operational support with long-term strategic work.
  • You have a foundational background in healthcare operations and are motivated to drive efficiency and quality improvements within a clinical setting.
  • You are an excellent communicator, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams to drive process change.

This Might Not Be The Right Fit If...

  • You are not comfortable with the level of ambiguity that comes with identifying problems and creating solutions independently.
  • You lack experience with data analysis and routine monitoring of key operational or clinical healthcare metrics.
  • You prefer a purely administrative role that does not include dedicated project management and process optimization responsibilities.
  • You are not comfortable managing diverse responsibilities across data analysis, compliance, and strategic planning.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years experience in healthcare operations, provider operations, program support, relationship management, or a similar role.
  • Excellent ability to communicate effectively and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in identifying problems and implementing solutions.
  • Excellent time management skills to balance daily escalated issues with long-term project work.
  • Ability to analyze and present data in a clear, concise, and easy-to-interpret manner.
  • Proficiency with Google Apps G Suite or Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to learn a variety of new software applications necessary for operations.

Bonus Points

  • An understanding of multiple telehealth clinical service lines, general telehealth operations, provider contractual obligations, and workflows.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Thoughtspot, PowerBI, Tableau etc.).
