Why Join Now?
This is a pivotal moment in Evvy’s growth. We’ve helped tens of thousands of patients and are rapidly expanding our offerings, partnerships, and platform capabilities. You’ll join a mission-driven team of clinicians, engineers, scientists, and operators building the future of precision women’s health—backed by world-class investors and advisors.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Head of Operations & Supply Chain to lead and scale the systems that power Evvy’s user experience. You’ll oversee supply chain, fulfillment, and customer experience, while also building the infrastructure that allows us to expand responsibly and sustainably. You’ll define and implement processes that enable us to deliver care that is not only personalized—but also fast, reliable, and financially rigorous.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who is both strategic and scrappy—equally comfortable setting vision and rolling up their sleeves. You’ll partner cross-functionally with Product, Clinical, Engineering, Finance, and Marketing to ensure operations is a true enabler of growth and innovation.
What You’ll Do
Operations Strategy
- Ensure reliable, high-quality service across all user touchpoints.
- Define and track key performance metrics across COGS, turnaround times, stability, scalability, quality, and NPS.
- Build dashboards & financial reports that reveal margin drivers and guide optimization based on a deep understanding of gross margin drivers and optimization levers.
- Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing Ops team; forecast capacity and allocate resources.
- Partner with Product, Growth, & Clinical to pressure-test and launch new initiatives.
Supply Chain
- Deepen strategic partnerships with core vendors & partners—owning quarterly business reviews and ensuring there is strong mutual visibility and a durable, win-win structure in place.
- Translate Evvy’s financial goals into executable supply chain strategies, working closely with our vendors to co-create plans that enhance margin and create win-wins, while maintaining quality and speed.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, CLIA, FDA) in collaboration with external partners and Evvy Clinical & Legal teams.
- Build risk management processes around vendors & physical products (e.g., vendor certifications, product batch inspections & recalls).
- Implement scalable systems (inventory, 3PL, QC) that protect quality and speed.
- Run vendor risk management: certifications, batch inspections, recalls.
CX
- Own the end-to-end CX vision and roadmap. Define what an exceptional “Evvy experience” looks like across every touchpoint, and oversee the execution of that experience leveraging our team + AI.
- Build a data-driven Voice-of-Customer program. Implement systems to capture, synthesize, and socialize user feedback (NPS, CSAT, churn reasons, verbatims). Turn insights into prioritized CX and product improvements.
- Develop rigorous CX QA. Ensure accuracy, empathy, and brand voice — partnering with Clinical and Marketing to fill knowledge gaps.
- Align CX with revenue & retention. Set and exceed targets for NPS, repeat purchase, LTV/CAC, and subscription retention by collaborating with Product, Growth, and Clinical teams on proactive outreach and tailored upsell journeys. Design and monitor discount and refunds strategy in partnership with revenue teams.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ yrs of operations leadership spanning operations, supply chain, and CX in high-growth settings (preferably within health tech) — proven ability to build and scale supply chain and CX orgs in a fast-paced, high-complexity environment.
- Strong ability to build exceptional relationships with our vendors, lead business reviews, and come up with creative solutions that are win-wins for everyone.
- Fluency in accounting, financial modeling, and scenario planning to assess ROI of operational initiatives.
- Proven record of improving unit economics through operational levers.
- Expertise in inventory planning, fulfillment, 3PL, and CX tech stacks.
- Systems thinker who is analytical, metrics-driven, and data-fluent.
- Inspiring people leader who builds engaged, high-ownership teams with a passion for transforming women’s health.
It’s a plus if you have:
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve scalability, efficiency, and experience of CX.
- Background in diagnostics, DTC healthcare, labs, compounding, or telehealth.
- Familiarity navigating the healthcare regulatory landscape.
