The Elevator PitchAre you skilled in deployment planning to support a regionalized model? Do you have an interest in building out programs that work for newly onboarded customers and existing channel partners to aid their deployment efforts? In this role, the Program Manager for the East Region will deliver efficient and effective programs and support across the East Region and build out successful programs to meet any project needs within the organization. The program manager will enable East region Sales Pods to optimize productivity and nurture all projects'’ success from inception to completion and focus on support initiatives within Technical Sales and Solutions East. Success in the Role: What are performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?In the first 30 days, you will: Have had positive and successful integration and support for the regional pods in the East Region Gained a working knowledge of Technical Sales and Solutions processes and procedures Participated in at least one on site deployment to learn and gain hands on experience with deployments Within three months, you will: Take on and manage all east region deployments for both channel and direct sales Built an effective template to provide weekly progress updates to Programs director and East Region Pods Report on all relevant East Region KPIs for deployments and TS&S resource utilization for the East Region (heavy reliance on Salesforce for KPIs) By the end of the first year, you will: Have built an effective program to support channel deployments for all verticals, specifically the K-12 vertical Improved communication surrounding deployment planning for your assigned Pods Ensured 95% on time deployments to ensure effective planning and resource management Shown improvement in process improvement and completion of assigned projects for the year The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis? Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to TS&S (Technical Sales and Solutions) and Evolv objectives Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance East Region team engagement - ensuring program goals are reached Manage TS&S scheduling for East region ensuring maximum pre- and post-sales support Build TS&S programs through daily coordinated efforts with other departments within Evolv, including Service, Customer Success, Logistics, Engineering, and more Effectively multitask and lead several efforts/activities at once, to include several larger installs while supporting the regular TS&S demands Manage 100% of regional deployment programs; Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned region to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives Ensure 95% on-time deployment completions - Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives Build channel programs with the goal of at least 15% improvement in deployment planning within 90 days - Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and Evolv channel partners What is the leadership like for this role? What is the structure and culture of the team? You will be joining the Technical Sales and Solutions team. The 10+ person team is comprised of TS&S Engineers and 1 other Program Manager.
