Role: Visual Designer
We’re looking for a talented and creative Visual Designer to define and elevate Eudia’s product and brand. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping a cohesive visual identity that brings our mission to life working with the product teams and marketing.
You’ll collaborate across multidisciplinary teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, GTM, and Brand, partnering closely with stakeholders across the US, UK, and India. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, iterative environment and is eager to create design solutions that drive impact and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a cohesive and distinctive visual brand identity across all products, ensuring alignment with established marketing and branding guidelines.
- Design a diverse range of creative assets—including user interface (UI) elements, interactive infographics, motion graphics, presentations, and more—that enhance user engagement and brand consistency.
- Create and optimize scalable, accessible visual elements such as iconography, illustrations, and animations to support product and marketing initiatives.
- Apply existing design systems and brand standards while proactively evolving them to address changing business needs and creative opportunities.
- Gather, interpret, and incorporate feedback from cross-functional stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and effectiveness across all design deliverables.
- Collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones, fostering strong partnerships with colleagues in the US, UK, and India.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing product, and marketing-related work.
- Proven ability to translate complex ideas into clear, beautiful, and functional visual solutions.
- Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation is a big plus.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and related design tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to confidently present work and explain design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Highly adaptable; comfortable working in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, as the role may require attendance at events or global collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in regulated or complex industries such as legal, government, or financial services.
- Exposure to or interest in designing for AI-powered products or technology platforms.
