About the Role:
In this role you’ll be leading the design system and visual design for Eudia. You will be defining the experiences for new AI products and platform. Working across a suite of solutions you will help craft experiences that would make Eudia experiences cohesive and delightful.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design, and execute innovative products and features that meet user and business needs.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, interaction designs, visual designs, and user testing plans to validate concepts and ensure usability.
- Craft intuitive workflows and experiences that are both functional and delightful.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and research teams to bring ideas to life and evolve them through the product lifecycle.
- Champion user needs by driving user research and advocating for human-centered design in product decisions.
- Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship and attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency across product touchpoints.
- Work effectively with distributed teams across the US, UK, and India.
Qualifications:
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a knack for breaking down complex problems into actionable solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain design concepts to stakeholders and leadership.
- Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can pivot quickly to address evolving client needs.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as needed.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in designing and shipping successful products. Some experience designing for AI products. Experience using animations/motions to build delightful designs. Have a portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design and design systems
- Tools: Proficient with design tools like Figma, Adobe Create Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in industries such as legal, government, or finance.

150000 - 220000 USD a year
The posted salary range is based on our research for companies of our stage and size while in compliance with California law. However, this is just a base compensation range and we would encourage those who are interested to apply and have an initial discussion.
