About Eudia:
Eudia is redefining the future of legal work with AI-powered Augmented Intelligence, enabling Fortune 500 legal teams to move faster, manage risk more effectively, and unlock new business value. Backed by $105M in Series A funding led by General Catalyst, we’re building a category-defining platform that blends AI-driven automation with human expertise, transforming legal from a cost center into a strategic growth driver.
At Eudia, we move fast. Unlike traditional enterprise software, our teams ship solutions in days, not months—delivering real impact for some of the world’s largest companies, including Cargill, Coherent, DHL, and Duracell. We’re solving one of the most complex, unsolved challenges in AI: bringing trust, accuracy, and security to legal automation.
We’re a team of builders, operators, and problem-solvers who are passionate about reshaping an industry that has long been resistant to change. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be challenged, take ownership from day one, and work alongside some of the brightest minds in AI and legal —we’d love to meet you.
About the Role:
Eudia is building a media company within our technology business – leveraging our founders, customers, and members of our community as ‘creators’ behind the movement we are creating. We’re looking for a part-time contractor who can manage our in-office production studio in Palo Alto, and own both production and post-production for video, audio, and live content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Studio: We are building an in-house media studio in our Palo Alto offices – you will run point on managing the space, keeping inventory of equipment, and ensuring the studio remains operational and in good standing.
- Produce Media Content: Be onsite to produce all audio and video productions, which would include operating cameras, setting up the lighting, ensuring audio best practices, and more.
- Editing and Post-Production: Edit all content with highest quality and in a timely manner, including supplementary assets like social clips and audio transcripts for distribution and repurposing.
- Support Live Production: Live produce any webinars or streaming programs that may arise throughout the year.
- Work Cross-Functionally to Support Editorial Calendar. Collaborate with the broader marketing team – including the Content Marketing Lead – to ensure we’re able to achieve our editorial goals and content release cadence for the brand.
Qualifications:
- Production experience as a camera operator, audio technician, lighting expert, and all the other elements of being a one-man production band.
- Post-production experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut, as well as remote production services such as StreamYard or Riverside.
- Proven track record in managing and operating an onsite media studio.
- Background in audience-focused new media, particularly with video and podcast mediums.
- Experience in emerging marketing channels and familiarity with how content performs on social media – including short-form edits, etc.
- Ability to help source remote production studios for key executives when traveling.
- Willingness to be onsite in Palo Alto on both a semi-regular basis, as well as on ad hoc occasions with appropriate advanced notice.
- Strong project management and vendor management skills.
Why You'll Love Working Here:
- Impactful Work: Be part of a team that’s at the forefront of AI innovation.
- Growth Opportunities: Work in an environment that encourages professional growth and the exploration of new ideas.
- Dynamic Culture: Join a group of passionate, driven individuals who are committed to making a difference.
This is a rare opportunity to lead and shape a cutting-edge company at a crucial growth stage, who is radically transforming an industry with the responsible deployment of AI agents. If you are excited by the challenge of working with Fortune 500 customers and sparking a movement for our audience, we invite you to apply and join our team in transforming the industry.
