About the Role

Ethos is seeking an Insurance Process Review Specialist to support our CX Compliance team through reviews and audits of end to end insurance operations. This position involves reviewing a large number of transactions and tasks to identify inefficiencies and bugs in technology. The successful individual will apply their insurance operations knowledge and regulatory concepts to perform comprehensive reviews with guidance from management. You will be responsible for understanding the ideal state of the process to help mitigate risk for the business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Document findings from reviews and aid in the determination of the level of compliance risk associated with the findings
  • Assist in prioritizing the implementation of technology fixes or manual workarounds to maintain compliance
  • Analyze policies, recommend enhancements and assist in implementing changes
  • Compile data for management, carrier partners and internal team reports
  • Assist with compliance testing, research and assigned tasks
  • Meet individual and team quality goals to ensure a positive, compliant customer experience
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
  • Support product development, including testing new tools and functionality.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1+ year(s) experience in US insurance industry
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to intuitively make connections based on findings from reviews completed
  • Ability to project management assigned tasks and ensure established timelines are met
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency using MS Office tools and Google Docs Editors/Drive
