About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced engagement managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for engagement managers with 5+ years in management consulting or corporate strategy to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: client-ready strategy decks and executive steering committee materials, market entry and competitive positioning analyses, operating model redesign workshops and deliverables, sensitivity-tested business case models, stakeholder interview synthesis for engagement diagnostics, and implementation roadmaps and change management playbooks.

Compensation: $100/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: ASAP

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in management consulting or internal corporate strategy, with direct ownership of client-ready strategy decks and executive steering committee materials
  • Fluency with structured problem-solving frameworks, operating model redesign, and building sensitivity-tested business case models in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
