About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced policy analysts who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for policy analysts with 5+ years in government agency operations, public administration, or policy implementation to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: policy briefing memos for agency leadership, interagency coordination and program status reports, rulemaking public comment response summaries, grant compliance packages and reporting narratives, constituent correspondence and case management logs, and appropriations request narratives for agency budgets.

Compensation: $70/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: ASAP

• Strong command of public-sector writing conventions, rulemaking public comment procedure, and appropriations request narratives
