We are seeking an experienced Client Success/Account Management/Partnerships leader with a history of building best in class teams, superior relationship management skills, as well as a can-do attitude to join our growing team to revolutionize health care delivery. This position will lead the team responsible for supporting our health plan clients from implementation through ongoing value delivery. The ideal candidate will be able to develop a growing team of Payor Partnerships managers & key practices to ensure team success. The Director of Payor Partnerships will also serve as the VP of Partnership’s right hand in developing and executing strategy to achieve the highest level of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for maintaining full healthplan book of business inclusive of implementation, renewals, milestones, report structure, and best practices which ensure consistent, valued client experience that can scale
  • Invest in the development of the payor partnerships managers & their tools, with a focus on building a best in class team continuously leveling up
  • Support payor partnerships team on day-to-day program delivery & risks, working closely with clinical operations, data & analytics, clinical programs, and admissions leadership to deliver on program KPIs
  • Develop deep relationships within, and understanding of, core client needs and opportunities with an eye towards mapping Equip’s capabilities against those needs
  • Partner with Director of Go to Market to deploy new offerings, engagement strategies & contract structures
  • Accountable for expanding access to care to new populations, products & LOBs & for overarching relationship management with health plan senior leadership across existing health plan partners
  • Work closely with Clinical Operations, Clinical, and Insurance teams to ensure compliance with contracts and synchronize growth plan to ensure organizational scale aligns with client goals
  • Lead Payor Partnerships strategy framework and content library to lay the groundwork for standard, scalable client relationships that promote excellence and the Equip values
  • Develop, monitor, and manage improvement across health plan success KPIs and markers of access to build a scalable team that provides best in class service in accordance with Equip’s values
  • Keep Equip ahead of market conditions, industry best practices, and client needs

Qualifications:

  • Have a passion for growing and cultivating client success/account management teams
  • Proven experience leading contract negotiations & multidisciplinary teams to deliver against aggressive project timelines using project management tools and processes
  • Superior interpersonal skills, adept at building strong working relationships, understanding roles and responsibilities within complex organizations, and representing the needs of both the Equip team and Client
  • Experience owning and managing multiple concurrent relationships with diverse client base
  • Key analytical abilities to generate program KPIs and insights both for internal and external stakeholders with an eye towards operational excellence and superior value delivery
  • Strong understanding of health care landscape, specifically of payer’s needs, decision-making, and contract structures
  • Excitement at the prospect to build the playbooks and then execute on them
