About the role
The Training Evaluation Manager is responsible for the overall evaluation of Equip’s clinical training programs to ensure fidelity to patient care protocols. The Training Evaluation Manager will report to the Director of Clinical Quality and will oversee a small team of fidelity raters and will collaborate with the Data & Insights team on the development of automated fidelity measurement tools to monitor fidelity to treatment. The Training Evaluation Manager will collaborate with Clinical Training, Program Development, and Care Delivery teams on implementing improvements based on fidelity data. The Training Evaluation manager will have experience in clinical training and research with an emphasis on training or program evaluation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of fidelity raters.

  • Develop, iterate, and monitor reports on fidelity to treatment throughout the full provider training lifecycle (onboarding, continuing education, product & process changes).

  • Ensure fidelity instruments are high quality and represent core intervention components as defined by the Program Development team.

  • Collaborate with the Data & Insights team on the development of automated (AI) fidelity rating processes.

  • Collaborate with Program Development and Clinical Training teams on further refinement and improvements of fidelity evaluation processes.

  • Generate reports to provide feedback and recommendations to the Clinical Training team, Care Delivery teams, and to Senior Leadership for improvements to fidelity and training at Equip and partner with stakeholders on implementing and testing changes made.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • PhD/PsyD in psychology or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience evaluating implementation of eating disorder interventions either in industry or as part of an academic setting (e.g., Family-Based Treatment, Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, etc.).

  • Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities (demonstrated experience with independently manipulating data in a business intelligence tool such as Mode, Looker, Power BI, etc. or an equivalent statistical tool).

  • Demonstrated ability to think flexibly to drive innovation to ensure the delivery of high quality clinical care at scale.

  • Proven ability to build effective relationships across an organization, including the ability to promote ideas persuasively and effectively.

  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment.

Physical Demands

Work is performed 100% from home with no requirement to travel. This is a stationary position that requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards as well as to talk or hear by telephone. Sit or stand as needed.

Compensation Range: $100K - $120K
