Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruiting process for a variety of roles including Clinical, Sales and Marketing and Product and Engineering.
- Ensure a positive, smooth, quick and consistent candidate experience.
- Drive the offer process including extending offers, closing candidates, and administering the onboarding process in close partnership with the People Operations team.
- Provide expertise in assessing and evaluating talent for the organization.
- Serve as an advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
- Assist in promoting and developing the Equip Employer Brand and Employee Value Proposition.
- Perform other duties as assigned including recruiting for non-tech roles.
Minimum Qualificiations
- 3+ years of recruiting experience.
- Experience working on Clinical, Sales and Marketing or Product and Engineering roles
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience closing competitive candidates with multiple offers.
- Passion for the candidate experience.
- Adaptable and able to take on new initiatives easily.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers, interviewers, and team members as a trusted resource.
- You have a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- You have experience sourcing and driving a strong, diverse pipeline.
