About the role

  • The Product Manager I will be responsible for executing the product roadmap for their assigned product area, partnering closely with various internal stakeholders and teammates to guide features from ideation to launch.

Responsibilities

  • Execute on product strategy and roadmap for assigned product area, understand product goals and track the success of features that are launched.
  • Work closely with your manager to design and prepare product requirement documents, including articulating the business case, value proposition, trade offs and user stories.
  • Drive features from development to launch in an agile scrum environment by coordinating and participating in development activities including daily standups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, sprint planning, and other scrum ceremonies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Clinical and Commercial, to answer business and technical questions, remove blockers and facilitate efficient development.
  • Utilize testing and user research to iterate on features and derive insights.
  • Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance customer/user satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager within a high-growth company, ideally working on consumer-facing products and/or in healthcare.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering features on time following agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to read and write SQL.
  • Demonstrated business sense and intellectual curiosity with the desire to become a subject matter expert in eating disorder treatments.
  • Organizational and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to balance numerous projects while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, particularly in building relationships, working collaboratively, and influencing and driving alignment. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Physical Demands

  • Work is performed 100% from home with no requirement to travel. This is a stationary position that requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards as well as to talk or hear by telephone. Sit or stand as needed.
