We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Owner to join our rapidly growing software engineering team in Hyderabad, India. This team works on complex technical challenges, employs creativity and constantly learns a variety of frameworks, tools and technologies.

As our Senior Technical Product Owner, you will be required to:

• Align the vision with business objectives.
• Consider needs and objectives of stakeholders and balances scope, budget, and time
• Create and shares product roadmap and you are responsible for managing the development of new products and features.
• Get stakeholder feedback and approvals.
• Deliver clear instructions to the scrum team.
• Create and communicates backlog items and collaborates with scrum team to ensure alignment as the backlog changes
• Be the subject-matter expert who uses technical and product knowledge to bridge the gap between product and technical aspects of product development and delivery.
• Play a key role in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work with developers to refine product backlog items to make their ideas a reality.
• Research, gather and document business, functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create Epics and User Stories based on functional requirements gathered through research and business teams
• Do stakeholder demos and documentation

To apply for this role, you should possess the following skills, experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• 12+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Engineering Management and experience of utilizing an Agile framework
• Required skills – SDLC, Agile development and scrum methodology experience, UI and UX designs, Product design and Development concepts.
• Experience working with geo-distributed teams and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to adapt to a range of audiences
• You will portray strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• You should have the ability and experience to collect, analyze the information and resolve complicated problems.
• Good to have: MS SQL development and DB knowledge.
• Good to have: Working experience on .NET Framework, C#, VB.NET, API knowledge and Microsoft Tech stack and any front-end development frameworks.
