In this role you will
The Field Marketing Manager drives growth and engagement by building and executing high‑impact field marketing programs that empower our reseller partners across the country. This role leads the strategy and execution of regional events, training, and joint marketing initiatives that strengthen partner relationships and fuels growth. The ideal candidate blends event expertise with strategic partner enablement — connecting our brand to local reseller networks in authentic, measurable ways.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize field marketing programs that support reseller enablement, regional demand generation, and partner growth.
- Lead all aspects of regional and reseller event strategy and management — including site selection, logistics, communications, on‑site execution, and post‑event follow‑up.
- Collaborate with sales and channel teams to align regional initiatives with business goals and ensure marketing supports reseller success.
- Develop partner‑facing campaigns and assets, including co‑branded materials, training content, and toolkits for local execution.
- Track and measure program performance — manage budgets, analyze ROI, and present insights to sales and marketing leadership.
- Build strong relationships with partners and field reps to identify opportunities for joint activities and local sponsorships.
- Coordinate with the broader marketing organization to ensure consistent brand presence across all events and programs.
- Stay on top of event and experiential marketing trends to bring creative, scalable ideas to the field.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in field marketing, event management, or channel marketing roles.
- Proven success running in‑person events, roadshows, or partner‑driven marketing programs.
- Skilled project manager with exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle complex logistics.
- Strong relationship‑builder with experience engaging both internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, executives) and external partners.
- Comfortable managing budgets, vendors, and timelines under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communicator and storyteller, both written and verbal.
- Hands‑on and resourceful — able to execute efficiently with limited support while maintaining high quality.
- Willingness to travel as needed for regional events and partner activations.
The salary for this position ranges between $105,000 - $125,000, which includes base salary. This is decided based on many factors, including but not limited to: skills, qualifications, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, we are proud to offer stock options in the company and a competitive benefits package.
