• Design, build, and maintain features in our React Native codebase, delivering polished, reliable, and accessible experiences to users.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to create thoughtful and seamless cross-platform experiences.
• Work across the stack as needed, including contributing to backend services that power the mobile experience.
• Contribute to the evolution of our mobile architecture and development practices, with a focus on scalability and long-term maintainability.
• Participate in all phases of the product lifecycle, from discovery to production.

• At least 7 years of professional, hands-on experience building production-grade applications or systems.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience building and shipping applications with React Native, with a deep understanding of core principles - including navigation, component architecture, animations, and performance optimization.
• Experience with TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Experience working with mobile APIs, native modules, and debugging cross-platform issues.
• Comfort working across the stack, including backend APIs or services.
• Solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming, and knowledge of development best practices.
• Experience with tools like Docker, AWS, or Fastlane is helpful but not required.
• Exposure to native iOS or Android code is helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and empathy for the user experience.
• Self-motivated, curious, and adaptable to changing needs and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills.
