As we grow, we seek a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market strategies, enhance our product positioning, and accelerate adoption among our customers and partners.
In this role you will
- Go-To-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling, customer-centric value propositions and messaging that differentiates Empathy’s products in the market and resonates across multiple B2B audiences. Engage with the marketing & content teams to create whitepapers, case studies, and support executive keynotes to drive thought leadership.
- Sales Enablement: Develop sales collateral, presentations, and training materials to empower sales and customer success teams with the right messaging and positioning, in support of revenue targets.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, Partner Success, Marketing, and Design teams to align marketing initiatives with product development, partner needs, and organizational goals. Provide insights through metrics and reporting to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Demand Generation Support: Partner with the broader marketing team to drive awareness and demand through performance marketing, content strategy, PR, and partnerships.
- Customer Insights: Gather feedback from partners, users, and sales teams to refine positioning and drive continuous product and marketing improvements.
Requirements
- Experience: 7+ years of product marketing experience in a tech company, startup, or SaaS business. Experience in enterprise tech and complex organizations and product ecosystems is a plus.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives.
- Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create high-impact content. Working proficiency in Hebrew is preferred.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable using data to inform decisions and measure success.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
