You will be part of a close-knit team of product managers, designers, engineers, and business owners, all working collaboratively to deliver innovative, high-quality products. In your role as a Product Manager, you'll have a key role in shaping the future of our products, directly impacting the lives of families during their times of need.
In this role you will
- Conduct in-depth research to identify and validate customer needs and pain points, utilizing various methods such as observations and conversations with users.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by families during post-loss situations.
- Utilize your experience in product management to guide the development of our software, ensuring it effectively meets the needs of our users.
- Work closely with designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and oversee the delivery of high-quality software within budget and on schedule.
- Employ data-driven insights to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to our product domain.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, with a strong record of developing, growing, and managing impactful software products.
- A results-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering products that meet customer needs.
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience in using data to inform product decisions.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas in a clear, concise manner.
- Exceptional ability to multitask and operate effectively across various functions. This includes maintaining a sharp focus on multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring each is given the right priority and attention to detail.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating outstanding user experiences.
- Experience with analytics tools, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data to guide product decisions.
- Independent, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing domains.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills, leading and contributing to cross-functional teams.
- A genuine passion for using technology to solve complex problems and positively impact people's lives.
- Experience in sectors dealing with family services, caregiving, or similar domains is a plus.
