We’re looking for a Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will report directly to the team lead and be fully responsible for optimizing our PPC campaigns in the US market. This position offers the unique opportunity to work collaboratively across various teams, supporting growth initiatives and achieving Marketing KPIs.

In this role you will

  • Drive customer acquisition efforts by optimizing lead generation funnels, developing targeted campaigns, and employing marketing automation and conversion rate optimization tactics.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to track, measure, and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PPC strategies with overall marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with the brand and communications teams to enhance brand positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across all marketing touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in user acquisition/growth roles, preferably in B2B.
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition through LinkedIn - a must. Facebook, and Google Search - a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience with campaign optimization and A/B testing.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Hubspot.
  • Experience working with creative teams - preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, including precise and effective English communication.
  • Comfortable embracing and thriving within an ever-changing, high-performance environment.
  • Ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop action plans accordingly.
