About the team
We are a close-knit team of product managers, designers, engineers, and business owners who work together to deliver innovative, high-quality products. As a Legal Product Manager, you will play a key role in defining and executing the vision for our estate administration solutions.
In this role you will
- Identify and validate customer needs and pain points through research, observations, and conversations with users, legal experts, and other stakeholders.
- Develop a deep understanding of the legal landscape and regulatory requirements related to estate administration and planning.
- Utilize your expertise in legal tech products to guide the development of our estate administration software, ensuring that it meets the needs of our users while also complying with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and business owners to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality software on time and on budget.
- Use data-driven insights to measure the success of our product and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in legal tech and estate administration.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of Product Management experience, successfully building, owning, and evolving software products.
- LegalTech or InsurTech experience is a major plus. We value your comfort with legal documents, and limitations, as well as your ability to identify opportunities.
- A results-oriented approach, with a track record of delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Experience working with analytics tools, utilizing qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions, and effectively communicate data insights.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and switch domains as needed.
