About Us

Elevate K-12 is on a mission to make it possible for every child to receive a high-quality education regardless of zip code. The nation is facing a crisis-level teacher shortage that is growing worse, as fewer join the profession and an increasing number leave each year. Elevate K-12 is uniquely positioned to address this challenge as the leading provider of high-quality, live streaming instruction for K-12 classrooms; we serve 2,500 daily classes taught by over 900+ teachers, with students in 27 states. Through this work, we have created an entirely new category of live virtual instruction. Our certified teachers from across the country are securely streamed into tens of thousands of classrooms to provide high-quality instruction that would otherwise be unavailable to students in districts across the U.S. Our teachers care deeply about students as individuals and are intently focused on helping them achieve successful outcomes.

The Role

Elevate K-12 is growing at 150%+ CAGR in a $50B TAM and has the first-mover, and now the first-scaler, advantage. With your guidance and expertise, we aim to become an iconic EdTech brand in live teaching, uplifting the lives of millions of students and creating unique job opportunities for teachers in this new, innovative category of education. As Elevate K-12’s EVP of Sales & Account Management, you will report directly to our CEO and be responsible for increasing revenue in a repeatable, scalable way. You have strong skills in sales, leadership, account management, and business development and can build strong relationships with customers and partners. You can understand and analyze the district and school customer, as well as operational and financial data to make sound decisions about where to allocate resources. You embrace the power of data as an essential and powerful tool for developing a sales strategy, attracting higher-quality leads, and improving customer experience. You can set a plan with the Sales team and execute on it (pivoting as necessary) to deliver what is needed for the business by hiring the right team, setting the right goals, inspiring the team, and holding them accountable. You have experience at a startup in build-mode, are comfortable working through ambiguity, and are excited to lead a sales organization through a rapid-growth phase.
