For our teacher community, we open new work opportunities proprietary platform and curriculum, enabling them to deliver live remote instruction across multiple subjects in elementary, middle, and high schools across the US. Position Overview:

In pursuit of this goal, we are looking for a IT Support Specialist to join our technical team as we move from being a tech-enabled service to a tech product company. We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic people who love solving complex business problems and providing excellent technical solutions. If you are passionate about joining a mission-driven, education technology company and creating the future of EdTech, then this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to client support requests.
  • Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem.
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
  • Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional

Qualifications:

  • Total 4+ years' experience with 2+ years' experience on Windows & Mac operating systems and their upgrades
  • Experience in backing up and restoring end user data
  • Good experience in supporting software like Microsoft Office
  • Good experience on DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, LAN and WAN
  • Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
  • Ability to support to remote users
  • Advising on software or hardware upgrades.
  • Completing job reports and ordering supplies.
  • Experience with US customers will be advantageous
  • Good Verbal and written communication
  • Night shifts (6pm-3am IST/ 7pm-4am IST / 8pm-5am IST)
