The Role:

The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for internal corporate recruitment and hiring outcomes across the U.S. This position will be responsible for attracting, assessing, and selecting talent across all corporate levels of the company, with a heavy focus on B2B Sales and Customer Success.

This role will collaborate with leaders across the company and with members of the People team to ensure high talent density. This position reports to the VP of People.

What you will do:

  • Execute on hiring top talent across all U.S. functions with a specific focus on B2B Sales, Customer Success, and Product across different levels.
  • Own and track key metrics and data to ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Work cross-functionally with senior leaders to develop hiring strategies and execute them.
  • Coach hiring managers on recruiting best practices including interviewing and selection.
  • Elevate the employment brand through various strategies and initiatives.
  • Lead and develop member(s) of the Talent Acquisition team (FTEs and Contract Partners).
  • Ensure the candidate and hiring manager experience is engaging, thoughtful, and positive.
  • Have a working knowledge and be on the lookout for amazing new tools and trends in the talent acquisition space.
  • Recruit amazing talent!

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of recruitment experience.
  • 3+ years of talent acquisition team management experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA or advanced degree a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of the applicant tracking system, Greenhouse, and other relevant recruitment and sourcing technologies.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a plus.
  • Strong data-driven approach to building recruitment processes and reporting for scale.
  • Proven ability to coach and manage recruiters.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and writing skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong collaborator and problem solver that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
