<p><span style="font-weight:400;">Working closely with senior leadership on Eleanor’s Product Executive Committee, this role will help define the company’s product vision, develop an overall product strategy, and set direction for the product team aligned to overall business priorities and based on data driven insights. You will maintain a high performing product management team and strengthen company wide product capabilities in this hands-on, player-coach role. You will develop and retain strong product managers, grow product manager capability, drive performance, and cultivate effective collaboration practices with key stakeholders. You will be responsible for the full product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, including the selection of appropriate tools and processes to accelerate success. You will also monitor and analyze the broader market dynamics, industry and competitor developments as well as customer motivations/behaviors to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.</span></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-weight:400;">Collaborate with Eleanor’s Product Executive Committee, the product team, and the broader organization to articulate and reinforce a clear product vision &amp; roadmap that is centered around customer excellence, competitive differentiation, and long-term strategic value </span></li> <li>Oversee execution of this vision and roadmap. Partner with key stakeholders across the product, engineering, design and data teams to drive alignment and make data informed decisions.</li> <li>Lead and support the Product Managers in the identification, prioritization, and delivery of product and service partnerships to support our roadmaps and objectives, including technical and services build/ buy/partner strategy</li> <li>Lead partnership or acquisition diligence and deal execution as required</li> <li>Ensure that Eleanor Health’s products, services and brand incorporate a DEI lens so that underrepresented populations feel that Eleanor Health’s services are for them</li> <li>Help tell the Eleanor story and expand our voice in the market (customer, partner, talent, etc.) through thought leadership or other ways to amplify our voice and build community</li> <li>Drive decision making with insights and empathy. Analyze product performance and build solutions that minimize friction and maximize meaningful engagement in a way that aligns with business metrics</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">8+ years’ experience in product leadership positions with proven record of leading teams to strong track record of successfully launching products (at least half of it from building consumer facing products)</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Experience in navigating full product lifecycle, preferable in technology enabled services </span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions and drive change</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">8+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing product managers (individual contributors and people managers)</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Experience working with both technical and business stakeholders (Marketing, Operations, Data, etc.)</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Familiar with organizational maturity and related transformation</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Demonstrated experience influencing senior management and setting expectations for major cross-functional initiatives</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Exceptional written and verbal communication skills</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Experience with insurance, financial services, or parallel industries</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Design Thinking, Agile, Product Certifications preferred</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight:400;"><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-weight:400;">The total target compensation range for this position is $190,000- $250,000.
