<p> <strong>Position Description</strong> </p> <p> <span style="font-weight:400;">Reporting to the Chief Business Officer, the Head of Payer Sales will help to drive continued growth of Eleanor Health by establishing new partnerships with health plans and other potential partners in current and new markets. They will bring experience in selling into C-level and senior leadership positions at healthcare organizations, will be comfortable in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment, and is a self-motivated individual capable of driving external follow up, internal processes, and the development of supporting materials as needed.</span> </p> <p> <strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong> </p> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Curate a robust pipeline and close new customer opportunities, with a particular focus on new value-based contracts with national, regional and local health plans;</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Develop and foster relationships with leadership at all levels of client/prospect organizations, and leverage relationships with key internal leaders as appropriate;</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Develop and refine materials to support the sales process, including sales presentations, proposals, marketing materials, and contracts;</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Negotiate pricing and contract terms; collaborate with internal leaders to conduct analysis and diligence as necessary to ensure favorable partnership structures;</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Collect market and population health feedback and identify opportunities to improve Eleanor Health product / partnership models;</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Collaborate with Eleanor’s Customer Success and Growth Ops teams to support new client implementation, ongoing account management, and continued growth of current clients;</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Collaborate with Eleanor’s marketing teams to develop strategies and materials to support the sales process;</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Maintain accurate and up to date details in Eleanor Health CRM system; provide regular reporting to Eleanor leadership;</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Other duties as needed.</span></li> </ul> <p> <strong>Qualifications</strong> </p> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Bachelor’s Degree required</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">7-10 years of healthcare sales experience (early stage company experience a plus), with a proven record of closing complex and innovative deals with health plans</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Strong attention to detail</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Proficient with PowerPoint (Google Slides), Excel (Google Sheets), Word (Google Docs)</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Experience with Salesforce.com, or other CRM systems;</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Strong interpersonal communication skills with exceptional active listening and consultative selling abilities</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Highly empathetic, non-judgmental, and open-minded</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Experience in a collaborative team environment</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Mission driven and motivated to join an organization that will transform the way we deliver accessible, evidence-based, and clinically excellent care in the substance use disorder space</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Able to work across teams and functions, self-starter who quickly identifies what needs to be done and takes ownership</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Able to travel to client locations, conferences, and other meetings as needed;</span></li> </ul> <p> <span style="font-weight:400;"> <strong>Compensation Benefits</strong> </span> </p> <p> <span style="font-weight:400;">The total target compensation range for this position is $175,000- $350,000.
