Senior Account Manager - Trailers & Marketing Services (UK)
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team to work with us managing trailer and marketing campaigns for our studio clients. This role is fundamental in delivering global campaigns across multiple platforms and channels. We are looking for someone who can provide top quality customer service and is technically savvy, with background in localisation, content creation and delivery of Online and Digital Cinema formats. To be successful you will need to be an organised, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing our studio accounts, servicing the end-to-end workflow of localising and delivering trailer assets. You will manage complex delivery schedules with the ability to coordinate multiple internal teams, communicate challenges and prioritise work according to tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of trailer assets.
- Main point of contact for client - Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships.
- Work closely with EIKON’s Client Services team in both London and LA to maintain consistency and continuity throughout.
- Respond to client queries accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams including localisation, VFX and technology, relaying queries to external vendors and the client, promptly resolving issues.
- Place and monitor orders in EIKON’s work order systems.
- Manage production schedules and provide status updates.
- Schedule and manage translators for subtitle deliverables across various formats.
- Receive translations for graphic localisation and facilitate the approval process.
- Mentor and train Account Managers and Coordinators.
- Billing, reporting and all associated administrative tasks.

Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years client services experience.
- 3+ years in post-production, localisation experience.
- College degree or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of technical specifications of Online and Digital Cinema file formats and localisation workflows.
Working Hours and Location
The role will be based at our Soho, London premise.
Working hours are 9:30am to 6:00pm however the candidate should be willing to work outside of these hours based on business requirements.
