Eightfold is a global leader in an AI-native enterprise talent platform, trusted by the world’s largest & most respected Fortune 500 organizations. Our platform is built from the ground up, operating at scale across Azure and AWS, deployed in multiple regions globally, including IL4-compliant environments for the US Government, supporting users in 100+ countries and 30+ languages. Today, Eightfold is at the forefront of agentic AI, delivering intelligent agents that actively drive outcomes across hiring and talent workflows, while much of the industry is still experimenting with prototypes. Backed by over $410M in funding and valued at $2B+, we are defining the next era of agentic talent systems.

What sets Eightfold apart is not just the technology & our mission, but the team behind it. We are a deeply technical, execution-driven organization that values ownership, collaboration, and high standards. Our engineers, product leaders, and go-to-market teams work closely together — in person and across functions — to build systems that scale in the real world. If you’re excited to work on hard problems, move with urgency, raise the bar every day, and help build agentic systems that transform how the world works, Eightfold is the place to do it.

About the Role

As Eightfold continues to scale in an increasingly competitive market, how we tell our story to candidates, to the market, and to our own employees matters more than ever. The Talent Brand & Internal Communications Associate is a hands-on, early-career role responsible for running Eightfold's employer brand storytelling program, What Works Here: the campaigns, stories, and channels that show candidates who we are through the people behind our innovation. Rather than telling candidates what it's like to work at Eightfold, we show them through authentic employee stories that highlight meaningful work, career growth, innovation, and business impact. As our talent marketing function gets off the ground, this role will also take on internal communications work, supporting the programs, platforms, and company moments that keep employees informed and connected.

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career communicator to own real programs from day one, work directly with senior communications and People leadership, and grow with a function as it's being built.

You will:

  • Run day-to-day program management for talent brand initiatives, tracking deliverables and keeping campaigns on schedule.

  • Own the Talent Brand Program, ensuring the right stakeholders are brought in at the right time.

  • Uphold the editorial and content calendar to ensure we consistently share stories about our people and culture.

  • Deliver the monthly What Works Here blog and Flagship Stories in partnership with cross-functional teams, aligned with our content pillars and key hiring priorities.

  • Identify employee storytellers, conduct interviews, and draft content that brings their work to life.

  • Coordinate story timelines with product launches and business moments, working with Product Marketing to plan ahead so stories publish alongside announcements.

  • Partner with Marketing to amplify stories across the career site, LinkedIn, Instagram, employee advocacy, and recruiting channels, including overseeing creative assets.

  • Partner closely with Recruiting and hiring teams to translate hiring priorities into content plans.

  • Support culture, DEIB, and employer brand programs in partnership with the People team, helping turn strategy into employee-facing and candidate-facing content and moments.

  • Seek out new tools and platforms that put Eightfold in front of the candidates we want to reach.

  • Own Glassdoor and other employer profiles, keeping them current, accurate, and reflective of our brand.

  • Track program performance using career site engagement, social engagement, applications generated from blog traffic, employee advocacy participation, recruiter utilization of content, and candidate feedback, and recommend improvements based on what the data shows.

  • Take on internal communications work as the function grows, helping operate platforms like the intranet, Slack, and email; supporting company-wide moments like All Hands, AMAs, and assisting with announcements and leadership updates.

  • Collaborate with the broader Communications and Marketing team on corporate storytelling and employer brand, helping keep internal and external narratives aligned.

Ideally, you'd have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.

  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and channels.

  • A natural storyteller, comfortable interviewing people and turning their experiences into authentic, engaging narratives.

  • Curiosity and the ability to use AI tools to help you be more effective.

  • The ability to work cross-functionally to get work done on time and meet deadlines and deliverables.

  • Strong organizational and project management instincts: you can juggle multiple workstreams, follow through on details, and drive work to completion on time.

  • Fluency with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, and an eye for what makes content engaging and shareable.

  • A collaborative working style and the confidence to coordinate across teams and with senior stakeholders.

  • Comfort with data, curiosity about what's working, and willingness to use analytics to improve content and programs.

  • Genuine interest in employer branding, company culture, and how organizations communicate.

Nice to haves:

  • Internship or campus experience in communications, marketing, social media, or employer branding.

  • Experience creating content (writing, video, design, or social) for a club, publication, brand, or organization.

  • Familiarity with communication and content tools (e.g., Canva, content management systems, Slack, analytics dashboards).

  • Interest in HR technology, SaaS, or enterprise software.
